L’Authentique Sucre D’Orge is a NEW brand launched by a 50-year-old company whose specialty is manufacturing hand-made ‘sucre d’orge’ lollipops in Quebec, Canada. 

Although our lollipops are hand-poured into their appropriate molds, the lollipop is wrapped by an automated machine that envelops the entire stick and candy, ensuring your product’s safety. Our translucent, cylinder-shaped lollipops are based on a centuries-old recipe that was first developed in France.
